Engineering Services at Different Stages of Construction
- Feasibility studies and project evaluation
- Procurement support, including preparation of technical specifications, tender documentation, proposal evaluation, and client recommendations for selecting design or construction contractors
- Design support, with monitoring of schedules, costs, and verification of design documentation
- Construction support, including review of contractor work programmes, construction management, monitoring of schedules, costs, volumes, and quality of works and equipment (including technical supervision)
- Change management during the project lifecycle, including additional work
- Legal support throughout the construction process, including dispute resolution and mediation
